How Solar Works

Using the inverter means you are still tied to your power company’s grid in case the solar system goes down or malfunctions (which is highly unlikely), but just in case.

1. Sun activates electrons in solar cells/panels & makes DC current.
2. DC current sent to an inverter that turns it into AC current/electricity.
3. Then to a Bi-Directional, Net Meter with Reverse Metering.
4. There are DC & AC disconnects for safety. Meets all codes & UL list.
5. Grounded to model frames & rack assemblies by NEC requirements.
